If you apply for a job with us, you get to choose how we use your personal information and data. We can either permanently delete all your details from our system after six months, or we can keep your details on file in case a future position crops up that we think you’d be suitable for. It’s totally up to you!
If we think you’re a good fit, we’ll usually contact you by email first - so make sure you keep an eye on your spam folder just in case. If we can’t reach you by email, we’ll try again by phone provided you’ve left us with a contact number.

We’re a popular bunch of people (if we do say so ourselves!) which is lovely, but it does mean that we get quite a lot of emails, messages, phone calls, DMs, username mentions, live chat notifications, tags, and even the occasional letter from time to time. That’s why the best way to get in touch with us about a job, is always through the careers section of our website - it’s how we make sure your application gets seen by the right person, and at the right time.
We continuously train our interviewers to provide candidates with a fun, fair, and structured experience. From Unconscious Bias training, through to structured interview formats, through to the use of independent tools and software to conduct personality assessments - we want our recruitment process to be as fair and inclusive as possible. We also regularly ask candidates for feedback on our process and suggestions on how to improve it - even if they weren’t successful in finding a role with us.
Where possible, we’re keeping the entire process online through calls and video calls. We’ll invite you to Growth Tribe HQ at the end of the process if our office is open and local guidelines permit it.
