First, check your spam folder. It’s also possible that you already had an account before. In that case, you can log in directly using your email address and request a new password if needed.
Check the filters on the left side of the platform. Set them to “Not started”, “In progress”, or remove all filters.
Yes, we can. Let us know which email address should be changed and what the new email address is.

For organisations, we also offer custom learning solutions, including in-company training, workshops, expert-led sessions and blended learning programmes delivered online, on-site or in a hybrid format.
Yes, all online courses are on-demand and can be followed whenever it suits you.
For our Certificates, live sessions and coaching are not included by default. However, you can ask questions through the Expert Support feature on the platform.
Our Live Courses include instructor-led training sessions delivered by experienced professionals.
The exact format and level of interaction may vary per programme.
Premium Membership
For €1,495, you receive:
- 12 months of access to all Growth Tribe Certificates
- Access to 15+ self-paced online programmes
- Freedom to learn at your own pace
- The ability to earn multiple certificates during your membership
Please note that Live Courses are not included in the Premium Membership unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Course Access & Duration
You have 12 months to complete the certificate.
After completion, you retain lifetime access to the content you have completed.
A Premium Membership provides 12 months of access to all certificates. After the membership ends, you keep access to the content you have completed.
Yes, the Premium Membership is an annual subscription and is automatically renewed unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
Certificates
Yes. You receive a Certificate of Completion from Growth Tribe (part of Beeckestijn Business School). This certificate is commonly used on LinkedIn and CVs.
Please check whether all modules (including “How to get your certificate” or the evaluation) have been completed.

Invoices & Payments
Yes. We can provide an invoice or a pro forma invoice.
We need the following information:
- Participant email address
- Company name
- Billing address
- VAT number (if applicable)

No, invoices have a standard payment term of 14 days, unless agreed otherwise.
Yes, this is possible for internal approval.
Cancellations & Changes
Yes. You can cancel your subscription before the renewal date, once the current subscription period is nearing its end.
You will retain access to the content you have already completed, but you will no longer have access to content you have not yet started or completed once the subscription period ends.
The subscription will not be renewed
In some cases, we can pause the subscription or terminate it as a goodwill gesture. Please contact us to discuss this.
This can happen if your subscription period had not yet ended at the time of cancellation, or if there was still an outstanding payment due for the current subscription term.
In that case, the final payment may still be processed.
If you believe the payment is incorrect, please contact us so we can review your subscription and arrange a refund if applicable.
Technical Issues
This can sometimes be caused by:
- Browser cache
- Company firewall
- Outdated links

The microlearning content should be visible.
The community is currently less active. We are actively working on an alternative community setup and exploring the best way to reintroduce this in a meaningful and valuable format.
Growth Tribe Acquisition
Beeckestijn Business School has taken over the learning assets and platform, but not all old accounts, Slack channels, or Digiforma environments.
We fully understand that this is disappointing. Unfortunately, due to the acquisition structure, previous contracts and customer agreements were not legally transferred to Beeckestijn Business School. This means we are unable to reinstate lifetime access from before the acquisition.
