We’ll teach you how the world’s best UX designers approach this exciting and diverse role, and how you can become a UX designer too.
Listen to and understand your customers, analyse their behaviours, and generate ideas for improvements. Design potential solutions and run the user testing sessions. Draw conclusions from those sessions and make compelling recommendations.
Use industry-standard tools like Miro, UsabilityHub and Figma to create high-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes that bring your ideas and the user journey to life.
This course is an opportunity for you to build your end-to-end case and launch your UX Design career. When you leave the course, you’ll have a personal project ready to share with employers in the form of a unique website that you can continue to use and update in the future.
If you apply for a job with us, you get to choose how we use your personal information and data. We can either permanently delete all your details from our system after six months, or we can keep your details on file in case a future position crops up that we think you’d be suitable for. It’s totally up to you!

We continuously train our interviewers to provide candidates with a fun, fair, and structured experience. From Unconscious Bias training, through to structured interview formats, through to the use of independent tools and software to conduct personality assessments - we want our recruitment process to be as fair and inclusive as possible. We also regularly ask candidates for feedback on our process and suggestions on how to improve it - even if they weren’t successful in finding a role with us.
Where possible, we’re keeping the entire process online through calls and video calls. We’ll invite you to Growth Tribe HQ at the end of the process if our office is open and local guidelines permit it.
